The project site is located in Weehawken, NJ, United States, directly across the Hudson River from Midtown Manhattan, with a total gross floor area of 20,000 square feet, primarily for commercial and residential uses.

The preliminary concept design of the project was completed by a U.S.-based design team, Handel Architects. APG undertook the forward detailed facade construction drawing design based on the concept design documents. The construction drawing deliverables were finalized through joint review and confirmation with the concept design team.

APG provided detailed drawings and models to China-based factories, formulated modular division and container allocation schemes, integrated data into the logistics information management system, and utilized BIM models and modules to support the client's information management throughout the facade-related project lifecycle.
